What did we do well?
- new Zoom room worked very well
- notifying CSDMs was early enough and clear enough (new link seemed no problem)
- some new CSDMs present, CSDM onboarding after new-years seems to have worked too
- invited speaker gave a high quality presentation, with an interesting and relevant use-case for Cloud
- more?
What should we have done better?
- coach external speakers early on the particular interest of the audience (showcase the research for sure!, but focus rather on the cloud aspect and not entirely on the research details)
- investigate the optimal way of delivering Forum calendar information to attendees
- formulate some house rules on usage of "raise hand", muting self, etc. and communicate these at start of VC

- Eva Nestorovska, integrate one other T1 team member in organising the Cloud Forums as a team
