    • Accepted strategy to select best reseller of platform
    • Best Microsoft Azure reseller (allowing specific Microsoft reseller requirements)
    • Also for AWS, Google, Oracle and IBM
    • Best VMware platform, high points for suppliers owned by organisations based in that country
    • Also for OpenStack
    • Other platforms?


    Resulting in max 10 Frameworks per country = 400 in total


    Advantages:

    • No questions around mini-competitions
    • Able to ask in depth questions on resellers of the platforms
    • Less suppliers (with more chance on success)
