| Costs | Price of MD-VPN service for NREN The GÉANT MD-VPN Service is available for all GÉANT NRENs wishing to use it. It is included in the standard IP subscription, and the configuration of the NREN connection to MD-VPN is realized once. For any information about bespoke solutions, including additional, dedicated interfaces and/or connectors outside the GÉANT network, please contact the GÉANT Partner Relations Team: partner-relations@geant.net Price of VPN for end-users The price of each depends on the location of each site of this VPN according to NREN pricing policy. Moreover the connection of a site can vary a lot according to local condition (if the site is already connected to a NREN …). | Time | Service Implementation and Delivery Time for NREN connection to GEANT MD-VPN service
Service Implementation and Delivery Time for VPN One of the NREN that will deliver the VPN will take the role of "NREN initiator". This NREN initiator will be the unique contact point with the end-users project and will coordinate the VPN provisioning. GÉANT can be the NREN initiator especially if there is lot of sites. The global VPN lead time depends on the delivery time of each NREN where the VPN is deployed. Moreover the connection of site can vary a lot according to local condition. Consequently it is not possible to provide a maximum delivery time for a VPN. Nevertheless the NRENs will take care that the provisioning process would be as short as possible. | ||||||
