Description
It is too easy for Presenters to maximize pods and thereby hide the other pods.
NB/Remark: Maybe this feature request can be deleted, as it relates to feature request 2: Ability to set user defined roles. If administrators and for example Hosts would be able to edit user roles not to include the maximization option, it would not be too easy to enlarge pods.

presenters can maximise/restore pods and that affects everybody which is wery anoying
if a personal view is introdused then this feature req. would be obsolete
