1) contact Jiri for feedback (done) from recent libraries conference and collect info in a column in the events table (currently at Events and workshops where AARC was presented)
2) review the SurveyMonkey about the pilots feedback so improvements can be made
3) check with Paul whether he added the survey URL to the flyer, if he did, get the new file so we can replace the old one online (in progress)
4) (once this is all done, add new social media posts in AARC and LIBER channels)
5) in the meantime, find existing content on aarc-project.eu (e.g. blogs) to post on social media channels, and re-tweet etc about ones that are already on FB
6) investigate briefly whether a Twitter account can be attached to both a free Hootsuite account and a paid Hootsuite account
7) consider & share dates when could / not come to Amsterdam for a f2f team meeting in June
8) continue reviewing the gap analysis for libraries and prep a short doc with ideas of how to follow up with outreach and comms in AARC2
9) send photos asap to Laura from past events for her to include in review slidesslides (done)

 

Laura to:

1) make 2 calendar invitations for Friday for the whole team, with 1 / both to be cancelled depending on response
2) develop the wiki space further
3) draft review slides and send to Martine Tuesday morning in case she can have time to give feedback quickly
