Entire host IPv6 only

System svn.terena.org is IPv6. Removed IPv4 address. security.ubuntu.com does not work, so automatic security updates do not work. Bug is still open, but not much action is being undertaken. Simple workaround: use the local mirror nl.archive.ubuntu.com for security updates.
Default NTP server from Ubuntu is also not IPv6 reachable.
