	Entire host IPv6 only	System `svn.terena.org` is IPv6. Removed IPv4 address. `security.ubuntu.com` does not work, so automatic security updates do not work. Bug is still open, but not much action is being undertaken. Simple workaround: use the local mirror `nl.archive.ubuntu.com` for security updates. Default NTP server from Ubuntu is also not IPv6 reachable.
	All PostgreSQL server use IPv6	Should be configured on all hosts (web, mail, dev, etc). To do.

	EMS PostgresQL manager	Tunneling via SSH does not work. Submitted bug report. Native Postgres connections work, so the bug must be in `sshfwd.dll`.
