For a first time user a list of all possible IdPs to select from is presented.

Select language.
You may select a different language from language bar on the bottom.

If you want permanently change the language you need to edit the language options on your browser.

Edit the IdP selection.
Discovery Service remembers the IdP you have selected. You may add another account or remove existing one by clicking the settings icon on the lower left corner.
