There are two major sprint demos each cycle which are publicly promoted: one in the middle of the cycle and one at the end. All other demos are just short updates about the work done in the sprint before. Everyone is still free to participate, but the sessions are not advertised specifically. The demos take place on Friday mornings at 10:00 CET/CEST.
