Communicating the impact of a project - chaired by Naira Kocharyan, Asnet-Am

Communicating the impact of a project goes beyond merely sharing progress updates, and instead focuses on highlighting the tangible and intangible changes brought about by the project. The presentations will focus on how to use clear and concise messaging, selecting appropriate communication channels, and tailoring information to suit the specific needs and interests of the target groups.

We are looking for insightful presentations that highlight challenges and lessons learned - i.e. do you use an innovative tool/platform that supports your work in project comms? how do you deal with multi-lingual countries? how do you connect and communicate? how do you plan ahead? how do you promote the work of your NREN in a regional or global project environment?

  • Joint presentation on the EaPConnect project
  • Asnet-Am through the eyes of project comms (Naira Kocharyan, Asnet-Am)
  • Don't Quit: URAN and its marketing communications during the war (Tetiana Preobrazhenska, URAN)
  • Connection and Communication Strategy of GRENA'a Education Program (Tamara Gvenetadze, GRENA)
