- GCC - The meeting is prepared. Gyongyi will send out the agenda to the GCC today. From the staff it would be good if the following could join: Magda SIG-NOC training update, Chris updating TF-RED, Silvie presenting the Insight Portal, Annabel / Licia presenting the NGI_Trust Pilot. Funding the Network Performing Arts Workshop and . Domenico will take over from Sigita the NPAW project management.
- Statistics for the insight portal - Silvie escalated a problem to Mandeep of getting data from the system from the contractors. Daniel could help with it.
- EventR - The code needs to be updated and GDPR should be urgently implemented. Klaas followed up on this to work on it. (Ruby on reels Rails - new person to be hired.) Klaas will ask a new feature to fetch data of new / other events.
- Webshop - needs to be urgently replaced, it is already starting to impact the reputation of the organisation.
- SIG-NOC training - Nicole followed up with Fedor / Magda / Brian about the training contractor . He is being difficult with his demands, one of them to only use him for the training and also he wanted to ITIL which is not we wantand possible issues regarding content and contract.
