Welcome to the AARC wiki

The AARC project aims to better integrate existing AAIs operated to date for R&E purposes to facilitate sharing of research results across disciplines, to harmonise procedures and policies to ease cross-discipline collaboration and to facilitate the integration of (commercial) services deemed critical for the R&E community.

To achieve this the project brings will bring together 20 partners including national research and education networking (NREN) organisations, libraries, and research and education e-infrastructure to improve the adoption of federated access among different communities, to better integrate existing AAIs operated to date for R&E purposes and to define a policy framework that is accepted by the various e-Infrastructure participating in AARC.

Although funding is only available to project partners, AARC welcomes anybody who is interested in providing feedback to the AARC work.
