This Acceptable Use Policy and Conditions of Use (“AUP”) defines the rules that govern your access to and use (including transmission, processing, and storage of data) of the resources and services (“OCRE SP SP Proxy”) as granted by GÉANT for the purpose of accessing cloud services provided to you through the OCRE framework.

Notice of any revision, amendment, and/or modification to this AUP will be posted on the landing page for the OCRE SP Proxy. You agree that your use of the Services, beyond a period of one calendar month after a notice of such change has been provided on the Services for the first time, shall constitute your consent to the revised, amended, and/or modified version of the AUP.
