So you want to deliver some training in your product or service?

There are some straightforward stages to consider, each should be applied before moving onto the next stage and remember stage 5 leads straight back to stage 1. We can help you with this process, but you will need to think about this in your particular area and work with us.

The Training Cycle

The Training Cycle has five stages:

1. Identifying Training Needs

1. Design Training
2. Training Delivery
3. Applying Learning
4. Evaluation
