If you have logged in using multiple account, we can "merge" or "link" them together.

Example message:
Hi guys, I have logged in using my Google account, which yielded federated-user-1234, and with my UniversityOfFoo account, which yielded federated-user-5678.
Can you merge them and make federated-user-1234 the primary one?
