The GÉANT 4.2 Strategy ascertains that the Human Capital in the GÉANT Community is its most important asset. In line with that, Human Capital Learning, Development and Training (forthwith GÉANT Training/ GN4.2 NA1 T6) is concerned with the following strategic objectives:

1. To build and develop Human Capital capable of creating and operating tools, instruments and services of the future. This objective is concerned with creating mechanisms to ensure excellence of services offered.
2. To ensure that careers in research infrastructures are perceived as attractive and prospective careers to have. The objective is geared to create incentives to grow and develop within the e-infrustructures.  

This wiki space will be used by GÉANT Training to manage collaborative work of GÉANT Community around training, learning and development within GN4-2.
