- How GÉANT can operate even more fruitfully with other large research infrastructure undertakings in Europe (Euro HPC, others?)
- Security, DDoS mitigation, (C)SOC-services, sharing best practices, services portfolios in different NRENs, AI, Quantum, eduroam visitor Access, co=operation possibilities between GÉANT SOC and NRENs
- gathering 'themes'for joint prourement initiatives on the 'GÉANT core' 9next to TCS and OCRE)
- Best pracitces in NREN governance approaches
- HOw do we ensure we do not have single suppliers or monopolies in our technoligy infrastructure.
- How do we support people development. For example: can we establish a coaching network accross GÉANT
- AI presence in service and process automation
- eIDAS EUDIW digital credentals infrastructure (not existing)+NREN role
- AI factory+EUro HPC+ Euro QC

- The new GÉANT strategy will be very different to the 21/26 stragtegy. AI, dataspaces and quantum are not in the 21/26 strategy
How can we ensure (more) people from your NREN can attend community events?
- Communication and marketing, please let's make sure that the right persons at NRENs are aware of all these community events, SIGs and workshops. We can't force people to attend, but we can make sure they have information and make their own decisions. Or delegate and find another (less busy) bpeople from NREN ro participate. → Short and easy-to-swallow info packet about all the SIGs, events and workshops is needed!!

- Don't further grow the number of SIGs, rather consolidate!
