Starting a new period is achieved by clicking the following link : http://test-msr.geant.net:8888/msr/ad_roll_report.jsp

Click the icon indicated by the Red arrow and answer Yes to the question Are you sure you wish to Roll Report Period?

In the back-end database, three tables are updated reports.msr_control, reports.msr_reports and msr_reports_gn3
