Please log into the prod-dboard01.geant.net

Locate the file /var/lib/apache-tomcat7/webapps/otrs-messaging/WEB-INF/classes/otrs.properties

customerUser=testgeantincidents@geant.net

customerId=dummy-customer 

Once saved you will need to restart the apache-tomcat7 service: sudo service apache-tomcat7 restart
