VisualRoute

Graphical tool for Traceroute and "ping" measurements, including IP Address Location and DNS Lookup functions.

The program works under Windows. There are free trial and "lite" versions, as well as a for-cost full version. In addition, there is an applet-based demonstration version on the Web site.
