This page explains how to register on the MyAcademicID Platform as an International Relations Officer of a Higher Education Institution that does NOT support federated access and has to rely on MyAcademicID in order to register and assign ESIs to its students that participate in the Erasmus+ study  mobility.



Step 1:

International Relations Officers will receive an email invitation to register on the MyAcademicID platform as IROs of their institution.








Step 2:

Clicking on the registration link, you will end up in the Discovery screen of the MyAcademicID platform. As your institution does not support federated access, you can choose to login either with your national eID through eIDAS or with a Google account.








Step 3:

After you authenticate, you will see the MyAcademicID Registration screen. Make sure that your name and email address are correct.








Step 4:

After filling in the registration form for the MyAcademicID platform, you will see the registration form for the International Relations Office for your institution








Step 5:

After you submit the registration form, you will see the following screen and you will receive an email asking to verify your email address by clicking on a verification link.








Step 6:

After you click on the verification link, you will see the Email verification screen and you will receive a confirmation email that includes information about the role of the IRO on the MyAcademicID platform.
