Davide Vaghetti to request access to the FOG list and Maarten Kremers to give support. If Davide not on the list by end January, Maarten to send the survey out on the FOG list (assuming he is on FOG already).
Maarten Kremers to highlight survey also on the REFEDS list and offer the link to anyone who wishes to take the survey who is not already on FOG.
Rolf Brugger to take the survey, putting "test" in the federation name.
Sclifos Constantin send to a colleague to test by 25th January (put "test" in the federation name so it can be filtered out of the final results). Gather any feedback and post to mailing list.
Davide Vaghetti ask Karl to make any changes for 27th January.
