Important to know: expenses, registration & travel arrangement!

The JRC will be in charge of registration. On-site participants will be required to send their passport/EU27 ID maximum 2 weeks in advance due to the security requirements of the JRC site. 

The JRC will be arranging transportation/pick-up to and from the hotel. Pick up will be arranged from either Milano Malpensa airport or Milano Central Train Station.

You will need to have already booked your travel before registering. This is because you will be asked to provide a flight number/travel info about your arrival in order for the pick-up to be arranged accordingly. 

The JRC will reserve the necessary amount of hotel rooms, however you will need self-pay the accommodation based on their instructions. 

Attendees will need to self-fund some expenses for this meeting. Please see below which expenses are covered and what you will need to self-pay.

Self-paid expenses:

• Travel to and from Italy
• Hotel accommodation (for pre-chosen hotel by the JRC)
• Group dinner

Covered expenses:

• Transportation to JRC site from Milan 
• Transportation from JRC to Milan
• Hotel breakfast
• Lunch
