ASPA: The Next Frontier in Practical Inter-Domain Routing Security, Simon Leinen, Switch

Over the past years, Route Origin Validation (ROV) based on the Resource
Public Key Infrastructure (RPKI) has been widely deployed by ISPs,
including NRENs. The emerging ASPA (AS Provider Authorization)
mechanism promises to further improve inter-domain routing security.

We briefly present the ASPA publication and validation mechanisms,
estimate the timeline for its wider introduction, talk about some early
experiences at AS559 (Switch), and discuss deployment considerations,
with particular emphasis on NREN-specific routing policy issues as well
as risks related to misconfigurations.

13:45 - 14:15

AI Agent in the WorkFlow Orchestrator, Peter Boers, SURF

This presentation will give some insights on the AI agent recently included into the Workflow Orchestrator (WFO). This software, which SURF is actively developing in collaboration with other international parties, has been enhanced with RAG functionality. This makes it possible to search the orchestrator’s database in a comprehensive manner and to extract all kinds of cross-sectional information from the orchestrator using natural language.
