This is the home of the Social Media in the NREN Community space.

This space was created by TF-CPR, but is open to all TERENA Wiki users for comment and contribution.

Plan for now

  1. Let's start discussing! The TERENA NREN community - not just PR people - have something to say about social media. Goto discussion area: "Do user communities in education and research really want to engage with NRENs using social media? If not, should we try anyway? How?!?!"
  2. Collect useful theoretical studies that we can all benefit from (18. 3. 2011)
  3. Collect NREN social media "use cases" (18. 3. 2011) -
  4. Joint video conference to review findings and decide on next steps, if any (21-25. 3. 2011)
  5. Create general Social media strategy for NREN - facilitated by VC discussion if necessary
  6. Create strategy for each social media - FB, Twitter, Linkedin, Youtube ... - facilitated by VC discussion if necessary
  7. Start working, share what works and what doesn't work as we progress
