Part I - “Understanding NRENs training needs”

13:15 - 13:45  Work in groups on identifying strategic challenges, gaps of knowledge and common needs
13:45 - 14:10  Presentations of discussion outcome
14:10 - 15:00  The value that GÉANT training brings for NRENs, followed by feedback and discussion - Irina Mikhailava, GÉANT

15:00 - 15:30  Coffee break

Day 2: Thursday, 18th January - NREN member “Recruitment Fair”: Driving your value proposition – making the perfect pitch for your NREN

9:00 - 9:10 Introducing the theme of the day - “Why should you join my NREN?”  - Annabel Grant and Irina Mikhailava, GÉANT.
9:10 - 11:10 Three or four NRENs presentations on value proposition, each presentation followed by plenary discussion based on “what you heard, what you did not, how you understand the offer"

11:10 - 11:30 Coffee break

11:30 - 12:00 Perfecting the short elevator pitch for your NREN (split up in 3 groups) 

12:00 - 12:30 Presenting and discussing feedback
12:30 - 13:00 Final conclusions. Next steps and future meetings
