BP-C.6: Validate the product with stakeholders

This practice mostly concerns the development and maintenance phases of the product.

The practice applies to all projects. In particular, it is relevant for prototype projects that concern poorly explored applications or projects that employ novel technologies/architectures/hardware.

3.8. Validation of product outcomes and quality

1. Provide an insight into the functionality and quality of the product to the stakeholders
   
   1. Focus the presentation on new features, compared to the previous presentation.
   2. Revalidate the quality characteristics relevant to the product
   3. Record the feedback provided by stakeholders and use it to further improve the product

1. The validation is not performed, is performed irregularly or does not involve key stakeholders
   
   1. The project may not conform to the current requirements and needs.
