Update
Tableau is a third party reporting tool users by the Network Service Assurance team to run ad-hoc reports.
There is only one instance of the machine on test-tableau01.geant.net (62.40.120.12). The server is a Microsoft Server 2012.
The credentials to access the server via Remote Desktop Connection are stored in KeyPass
You can access to your download files, product keys, and eLearning access codes through the customer portal: https://customer.tableau.com. The credentials are stored in KeyPass
If you need to reset the password, you can go to: https://auth.tableausoftware.com/user/resetPassword and simply enter your email address.
Toby Rodwell's account is able to download software from the customer portal.
