Description
Detailed monitoring of the quality of the network connection for the meeting host during and after the meeting: e.g. latency, bandwidth, jitter, packet loss.
Reason: Possibility to make better diagnostics in meeting-pre-tests or after meettings, especially if problems occured. In this respect AC offers too little to find out about lacks in this respect.

I need more info on what was ment here.
Will debugging be available to each user, or just to a host
I guess it is better that host would have the info for each user:
-the latency
-the bandwith used
-the network type he has set in the add-in
-info if any packets are lost
