  • pyOP is the reference python OP implementation, it needs to be rendered federation aware. pyOP is also the OP integrated in SaToSa, so with one dev effort we can catch two goals.
  • current RPs implementations should be able to choose from more than one OP

Hackathon

Three OP implementations:

  • pyOP
  • SaTOsa
  • Shib OP

Federation setup:

  • different scenarios:
    • University federation
    • NREN federation
    • GEANT federation
  • multiple federations:
    • OP part of fed A, B, C
    • RP part of fed D, E, B

Things to be tested:

  • dynamic registration
  • auth flows

Create a wiki page with the above content.

Great job from Alejandro Pérez Méndez for automated minifed deployment:

https://github.com/alejandro-perez/minifed_deploy

Where to go from there?

  • add configuration for the ansible playbook (inventory/host_vars/group_vars)
  • at least we should be able to define the OP URL
  • once minifed deploy is more flexible we can start building tools for the pilot
