How does the recruitment process looks like?

Motivation is everything! Both for the student and for the hosting NREN. A six months' professional internship should not be underestimated and requires time and dedication and interest from all parties involved.  That is exactly what the TIM selection committee will be looking for. We advise hosting NRENs to be selective when nomination potential candidates.  After  a positive review, the T&I selection Committee ( consisting of 3 community members: Ann Harding, NIels van Dijk , Irina Mikhailava) will invite the hosting NREN together with their young professional for an  interview  to complete the recruitment.  The recruitment process closes on 15th October. This should give you sufficient time to make  necessary arrangements involved with hiring an intern.
