Venue

The first Up2U General Assembly Meeting will be organised from 27th February to 1 March 2017 in Sport and party Centre de Kegel at the Grand Hotel Amstelveen, Netherlands. The venue is conveniently located at about 15 minutes from the airport and not far from the Amsterdam city centre by public transport. All meetings will take place at the Nice! room which is located within 2 walking minutes from the hotel. The spacious meeting room is equipped with air conditioning and wifi internet connection.

Logistics

Accommodation

The hotel rooms are situated next to meeting venue of room at the Grand Hotel Amstelveen. We allow offer hotel rooms to a maximum of 2 persons per Partner for maximum max 2 nights.  The  Your rooms have been blocked for a definite period. Please indicate the details of your room requirement as soon as possible upon registration at https://eventr.geant.org/events/2588 to secure the availability of your hotelroomroom.

Extra nightsnight

If you decide to come in on the weekend or stay longer after the meeting, extra nights will be offered at a special rate of EUR 89,50 pp/pn including breakfast.  Extra nights will be for at your own expense. Lunch and drinksrefreshments

Lunch, coffee, tea and refreshments water will be available on all days each day and will be served at Bistro Nice!, right below the meeting room.

Social program*

Social dinner on 27th Feb 19:00

On Monday night from 19:00 there will be a 3-course dinner at the Bistro Nice! next to the venue. 

Bowling on 28 Feb 17:30

If you want to have a bit of fun we challenge you for one hour of bowling after the meeting on Tuesday starting at 17:30 at the bowling centre which is located next to the meeting room.

*Dinner and bowling are paid for excluding drinks.
