Venue

The first Up2U General Assembly Meeting will be organised from 27 February to 1 March 2017 in Sport and party Centre de Kegel at the Grand Hotel Amstelveen, Netherlands. The venue is conveniently located at about 15 minutes from the Schiphol airport and not far from the Amsterdam city centre by public transport. All meetings will take place at the Nice! room which is located within 2 walking minutes from the hotel. The spacious meeting room is equipped with air conditioning and has wifi internet connection.

Logistics

Accommodation

The hotel rooms are situated next to meeting room at the Grand Hotel Amstelveen. We offer hotel rooms including breakfast to max 2 persons per Partner for max 2 nights of your choice during the meeting days.  Your rooms have been blocked for only a definite period, therefore please indicate your room requirement as soon as possible upon registration at https://eventr.geant.org/events/2588 to secure the availability of your room.

Extra night

If you decide to come earlier or stay longer, extra nights will be offered at a special rate of EUR 89,50 pp/pn including breakfast.  Extra nights will be at your own expense. Lunch and refreshments

Lunch, coffee, tea and water will be available on each day and will be served at Bistro Nice! right below the meeting room.

Social program*

Social dinner on 27th Feb 19:00

On Monday night from 19:00 there will be a 3-course dinner at Bistro Nice! next to the venue. 

Bowling on 28 Feb 17:30

If you want to have a bit of fun after the meeting on Tuesday, we challenge you for one hour of bowling starting at 17:30 at the bowling centre which is also located next to the meeting venue.

*Dinner and bowling are paid for excluding drinks.
