Important to know: expenses, registration & travel arrangement!

The JRC will be in charge of registration. On-site participants will be required to send their passport/EU27 ID maximum 2 weeks in advance due to the security requirements of the JRC site. 

The JRC will be arranging transportation/pick-up pickup and daily transportation to and from the hotel. Pick up will be arranged from either Milano Malpensa airport or Milano Central Train Station. Time and day of pick-up will vary based on the majority of participants' arrival time in Milan. 
You will need to have already booked We will operate mini-buses for pickup (so there is flexibility) and bus in the afternoon/morning.

You should ideally book your travel before registering. This is because you will be asked to provide a flight number/travel info about your arrival in order for the pick-up to be arranged accordingly. 

The JRC will reserve the necessary amount of hotel rooms at Europa Hotel, Ispra. However, you will need self-pay the accommodation based on their instructions. 

Attendees will need to self-fund some expenses for this meeting. Please see below which expenses are covered and what you will need to self-pay.

Self-paid expenses:

• Travel to and from Italy
• Hotel accommodation (for pre-chosen hotel by the JRC - Europa Hotel, Ispra)
• Group dinner

Covered expenses:

• Transportation to JRC site from Milan 
• Transportation from JRC to Milan
• Hotel breakfast
• Lunch
