NH has defined areas on the wiki. Looking for work area leaders for each of the tasks that we are doing

        Travel.

Actions: those who are going to TNC consider attending the training event on Code of Conduct and Entity Categories:https://tnc15.terena.org/core/event/5.

        Work / Timesheets etc.
 - Assigned areas of work - changes?

None suggested

 - What can we realistically achieve in year one?

Entity Categories
Code of Conduct
 - training in Porto.
 - Code of Conduct has been submitted to the WP29, no formal response yet.
 - Code of Conduct for work outside of Europe.  Initial draft but work has been slow, need non-Europeans to react.
 - Update of data protection - currently implementing new legislation in Europe. This will be tracking and taking time to see how we fit with the new regulation.

Interoperability
   - STORK
   - FedLab: conformance testing (improvements to be added based on experience with OpenID testing to SAML testing). checking aspects of federation operation (using entity categories).
Challenges: bringing together with other services - what do federations need, how does this work with stuff edugain is doing (NH add refeds link). Do we use fedlab.org as the central place?
Miro: taking f-ticks through the RFC process.  Can show good results from this from several federations.  use this as an initial showcase.  Who can provide the tools and now knowhow?  How can we make best use of this?
 - A.O.B.
