Many NRENs in different parts of the Europe are getting requests to start to manage parts of the infrastructure of their customers, the end-institutions connected to the NREN. - an initiative which emerged recently from the Nordic NRENs (SUNET, UNINETT) and is called within WP6: CNaaS (Campus Network as a Service)

The aim of the Workshop on Management and Monitoring is to explore and discuss the following topics:

organizing for the end-institutions management (managing the whole network, or some part of it like WiFi, or specific services like email, radius servers,...)
tools for end-institution management
monitoring end-institution networks
automating management functions (in the NREN and in the end-institutions when their infrastructure is managed by the NRENs
