In Moodle - learn.up2university.eu - there are categories for particular pilot countries:
The managers of these categories are the national pilot coordinators. Please contact Allan or Pasquale for any changes needed.
Within their category, managers can assign roles to other users, create subcategories (e.g. for particular schools), create courses, etc.

There is also the guide on category and access rights management in Moodle. It will be integrated into the main user guide.
