1. Minutes of last meeting approved.
2. We went through the action list - two actions dropped or done. No ongoing actions remain.
3. We went through the guidelines document in some detail - see the wiki page for details.
4. Next steps - before end of August - aim to complete the first draft of SCIV2 main document and the guidance to go with it for sections on OS and IR.
5. Next meeting - either 8th or 15th of September - DaveK will send a Doodle poll.
