Bug reports in order of importance

The coding below means B = Bug, A = Audio, V = Video, M = Managing, G = General

Issues/Bugs version 8.1

1. B001A - Connect-addin does not detect audio devices automatically
2. B002A - Difficult to select and activate the right audio and video devices
3. B003A - Windows 7 Add-in 9.4.8x - Audio functions react slowly and can stall the meeting room
4. B004A - One meeting attendee experience full failure of audio from another meeting attendee

Issues/Bugs version 8.0

1. B009G - all hosts can use all video-telephony devices
2. B010A - not possible to mute presenters without enabling single speaker mode
3. B011G - no icon if Participant is granted Video (icon is visible for Microphone & Share)
4. B012V - presenters can stop webcams of other presenters and hosts
5. B013A - speex codec has problems with recordings
6. B014A - loosing audio in long meetings
7. B015G - very high CPU usage in ubuntu when using Add-in (also seen in MAC)
8. B016G - ubuntu has problems in firefox withouth addin (cert problems)

Issues/Bugs version 7.5

1. B001A - Moving to a layout without video pod turns off audio
2. B002A - Deactivating your video also deactivates your audio
3. B003M - You do not have direct access to a meeting room as a participant
4. B004M - When deleting a user, the content and meetings of that user is not deleted
5. B005G - Special keyboard characters are not mapped correctly between Windows and Mac during screen sharing / remote control
6. B006M - You can move a recording to the Content area, but you cannot move the recording back to the meeting folder where it came from

Issues/Bugs version 7.0 (not tested in version 7.5)

1. B007G - http > https redirect only works for login to the applications server and not for login to the meetings
2. B008G - If you configure AC for  Remigrating shared content storage , the content will be configured/compressed/arranged in way, which will not allow you to move or remigrate the content back to the local content folder. No migration tool or direct work around exist.local storage is not possible

Issues/Bugs - version 7.5

1. If you activate a different layout during a meeting - a layout without the video pod - you will deactivate all the active microphones in the meeting
Expected behavior: microphones should only be deactivated if you do that yourself, or if a Host intensionally do this.

2. If you deactivate your video, you also deactivate your sound
Expected behavior: If people deactivate their camera on a meeting, it is usually because they don´t need to be seen, and not that they at the same time don´t want to be heard.

3. If you setup a meeting room and add participant to the meeting, you will need to set the role of the participants to presenters, for the participant to get direct access to the meeting room (access via login).
Expected behavior: If you add participants to a meeting room they will all get direct access to the meeting room as participants(access via login).

4. When deleting a user, the meetings and content of that user is not deleted
Expected behavior: You would expect that all meetings and all content of a user is deleted, when deleting a user.

5. When remote controlling a Mac from a Windows or visa versa, via screen sharing, special keyboard characters are not correct (i.e. special nordic characters in the alphabet).  

6. You can move a recording to the Content area for better access-control, but you cannot move the recording back to the meeting room.
Expected behavior: You always think you can reverse an action, unless you directly delete an item

Issues/Bugs version 7.0 (not tested in version 7.5)

1. http > https redirect only works for login to the applications server and not for login to the meetings

2. You are allowed to setup a meeting room with a URL that contains a dot (.), but you will get an error

3. If you make a recording public, and next make it private again, you cannot access the recording. Administrators can rectify the problem by making it public and private again.

4. If you configure AC for shared content storage, the content will be configured/compressed/arranged in way, which will not allow you to move or remigrate the content back to the local content folder. No migration tool or direct work around exist.
Expected behavior: I would expect AC to reconfigure and reorder all the content according to configuration settings or at least a separate tool/workaround to exist.

5. If you deactivate Advanced Settings under Step 5 in the Audio Setup Wizard, AC believes you have not installed the Connect Add-In, although it is installed. In Step 0 of the wizard, you are advised to install the Add-In.
