In Moodle - learn.up2university.eu - there are categories for particular pilot countries:
The managers of these categories are the national pilot coordinators. Please contact Michal Allan or Allan Pasquale for any changes needed.
Within their category, managers can assign roles to other users, create subcategories (e.g. for particular schools), create courses, etc.

You can also see categories you can manage at https://learn.up2university.eu/course/management.phpThis is a known issue that category managers cannot easily access their categories and the "create course" button. The issue is reported and it's on Allan.

There is also the guide on category and access rights management in Moodle. It will be integrated into the main user guide.
