The HEIs of the ECHE Whitelist are going to be onboarded on a country by country basis starting from week 33 (16/8 - 20/8), continuing to week 34 (23/8 - 27/8) and finishing on week 35 (30/8 - 31/8). When a county is marked as  ✓, it means that the MyAcademicID Support Team has sent email invitations to the IRO contact point of the HEIs of that country that are in the ECHE Whitelist.

If you are the IRO of a HEI and you expect to be invited on the MyAcademicID platform and you have not received an invitation, then check the following:

• Is your HEI in the ECHE Whitelist?
  • If the answer is no, please check the Removed from the ECHE Whitelist page where we track HEIs that have been removed from the whitelist and the reason (e.g. because they have an operational Identity Provider)
    • If your HEI should not have been removed from the ECHE Whitelist, please contact your National Agency
  • If the answer is yes, then check in the table below if your country is marked as ✓
    • If it is marked as ✓, then please check the status table as a few email addresses that were included in the ECHE Whitelist are not valid any more.
      • If the Status colum in the Status table below is marked "Invalide email address", then please contact your National Agency and update the IRO contact information for your HEI.
