    • separate call for the strategic risks carried out 23 April

  • Infoshare planning:
    • Infoshare on 28 May is the first in an envisaged series on approx. quarterly basis
    • Key message in the first infoshare:
      • the "why", based on https://wiki.geant.org/x/SYMKL (paper as input document available 1 week ahead of meeting)
      • what's new, opportunities and risks
      • the need for a community positioning, and what this will include on a high flight level:
        • for GEANT (org, project, international)
        • for NRENs (national)
    • Who's covering what at infoshare?
    • Outlook:
      • upcoming infoshare to cover the topics we are aware of being worked upon (and potentially identify missing bits?)
      • questionnaire for collecting national activities and NREN engagements
      • positioning input to CTO workshops
