The bainstorm session was based on the Golden Circle model of Simon Sinek. The participants were asked to answer 3 questions: WHAT, HOW and WHY.

What do we do as a group? What products or services we provide? What is the tangible knowledge, experiences that SIG-ISM offers?

How do we do what we do, what makes us speacial? What sets us apart from other groups? How are we different? What specific actions do we take to relise the WHY? How do we deliver value?

In the process of brainstorming an additional discussion question was added: who do we deliver value to?
