Sometimes, when a user has to register on the MyAcademicID platform, they might enter the wrong email address. Using an invalid email address during the registration process, prohibits the process to complete as the user is not able receive the email verification message. In this document, we describe how as user can correct the email address they entered during user registration.



Step 1:

Visit the followig web page: https://mms.myacademicid.org/fed/registrar/?vo=MyAcademicID and then click on the "here" link as shown in the screenshot.




Step 2:

Click on the "edit" button as shown in the screenshot





Step 3:

Change the email address and click on the "save" button as shown in the screenshot.




Step 4:

You will receive an email message with the email verification link as shown in the screenshot.






Step 5:

After you click on the verification link, you will see the Email verification screen and you will receive a confirmation that the International Relations Office of your Institution has receveid your application.
