Update for TTC Members (2015-02-10 Meeting)

A mock version of the "TAC Radar"  is available at: https://www.terena.org/~schofield/tac-radar/

The idea behind is to provide the community an output from the TAC (maybe a Poster - or even a lightning talk presentation during TNC15 to promote the TAC) on the technical advise for services for the coming year. This should incorporate the NREN/Community services/infrastructure/tools that we thing should be promoted/adopted in the year ahead. The categories Networking/Services/People/Techniques&Platforms are only a suggestion - and we should actually put some thought into the areas we want to give advice/guidance.

The list isn't exhaustive so input should be taken from the Compendium (possibly https://compendium.terena.org/reports/nrens_services) as well as other sources of information.
